服務條款與使用者協議 (Terms of Service)
歡迎您使用 Endiess 無盡社群數位行銷系統（以下簡稱「本平台」）。本平台由無盡社群經營（以下簡稱「甲方」），致力於協助企業、品牌主及個人用戶（以下簡稱「乙方」）優化第三方社交與社群媒體（包含但不限於 Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Threads 等）之數據表現與品牌能見度。
為確保雙方權益，乙方於本平台進行儲值或購買行為前，請務必詳閱以下條款。一旦完成付款，即視為完全同意本協議：
一、 服務性質與執行聲明
自動化執行系統：本平台採全自動化下單與執行系統。乙方需確保填寫之網址、數量及參數正確無誤。因乙方輸入錯誤導致之損失，系統一旦執行完成，恕無法提供核退。
第三方平台風險：甲方服務係基於各社群平台之現有規範與運作。若因第三方平台演算法更新、系統維護等不可抗力因素導致服務延遲或失效，甲方將積極協調處理，但乙方須知悉並承擔技術變動之風險。
完成時效：系統顯示之「預估時間」僅供參考。實際完成時間受各平台當前風控與流量分配影響，乙方不得以執行速度為由要求取消已執行中之訂單。
二、 保固、補足與退款規範
保固（Refill）原則：針對標註「含保固」之項目，若因平台更新導致數據波動，甲方將提供補足服務。補足標準以系統顯示之「初始數量」與「目標數量」為準，且當前數據不得低於執行前數據。
責任釐清：若乙方同時向多家供應商採購同性質服務，因數據來源難以識別，甲方將不承擔補足或退款責任。
退款機制：訂單若因技術因素超過 30 天未啟動，乙方可申請取消訂單並退回平台點數。點數經儲值完成後，恕不接受提取現金或退回原支付管道之要求。
三、 品牌安全與經營保障
專業資歷保證：甲方具備超過 10 年之社群實務經營經驗，所有服務均採模擬自然成長之節奏管理，旨在降低帳號風險。
成效免責聲明：本平台服務旨在優化「曝光與數據數據」，並非保證乙方之最終銷售轉化率或內容品質，乙方不得以「未達預期成效」為由要求補償。
負面內容禁制：本平台嚴禁針對誹謗、仇恨、違法或政治負面訊息進行操作。甲方有權終止違規帳戶之服務並不予退費，且保留相關法律追訴權。
四、 價格調整與爭議處理
價格變動：甲方保留因應第三方平台技術成本調漲而調整售價之權利，乙方不得以此為由要求退款。
誠信協商：發生任何爭議時，雙方同意以誠信原則進行溝通協調。甲方對本協議內容與各項服務說明擁有最終解釋權。

1.如果要增加貼文讚，務必將貼文設定的隱私權限為「公開」。
2.如果要增加「大頭照」或「封面照」，網址請放入該【電腦版】照片網址，非貼文網址，電腦版照片網址通常後面一個英文字母為「theater」。
3.如果要增加「大頭照」或「封面照」，請務必開放非好友按讚，若不開放導致訂單沒運作則不退款。
4.不會複製網址的人，手機APP可以點選貼文旁的「」並點選「複製連結」，而如果是使用電腦網頁版，點選貼文旁的「」並點選「崁入」複製框框內的文字。
【臉書直播人數相關說明】
1.使用粉專直播時請先確認「國家限制」與「年齡限制」是否有公開，如未公開無法正常運作。
2.請於開播後將開播進行中的網址輸入至系統中提交，直播中的網址必定有「videos」字眼才是正確。
3.使用個人臉書直播時請確認直播權限是否為「公開」如未公開無法正常運作。
4.直播前請先確認網路環境是否通暢，如遇斷線則無法進行退款。
5.安排訂單前請確認時間長短與人數，安排後無法再更改時間與人數。
【Instagram相關說明】
1.如要使用IG的服務，帳號務必設定為「公開」。
2.欲增加粉絲數量的用戶，請將IG的ID或連結填入網址格式中(詳細依照下單的服務伺服器要求填入)。
3.欲安排照片按讚或影片觀看，若是使用手機APP可以點選貼文旁的「」並點選「複製連結」以複製網址
【YouTube相關說明】
1.要增加頻道訂閱數，請勿將訂閱人數隱藏

Don't ask us to speed up after order a slow service.
This is an automatic server so after place order we can't edit, change, cancel an order even if you insert wrong link. Make sure to check example link on service description. Order with different link format will not get refill / refund. Wrong link order can mark as completed automatically without delivery and in this case no cancel / refund.
If you delete / change / make private your page or URL after place order or after complete the order then we can't refill, cancel or refund it.
Do Not place several order for the same link / post / profile at the same time. Wait for the first order to Completed / Canceled or Partial, before placing next order for that link / post / profile. In this case, our server can't provide actual order amount and can't cancel / refund.
System will look at start count when you place order and mark as completed after enough quantity. So, don't ask us for cancel or anything with reason "Views / Likes / Followers come from my real user, my fans, other seller etc.
We Only guarantee the followers / likes / views that we deliver. We don't provide a guarantee for the total existing followers / likes / views which you bought from other provider or got organically.
Example: If the order start count is 500, the order amount is 1000, we only guarantee the 1000 followers / views / likes that we provided, not the total 1500 or your previous 500.
In case your order has dropped, or not deliveried for server issue and order marked as completed, please wait until we refill, cancel or partial it before placing a new one. If you place new order for that link then we can't solve the issue.
After placing order or after completed order if likes, views, followers drop below start count then we can't start / refill / cancel or refund that order.
For drip feed order we don't provide any refill guarantee.If any order got partial from server then that order is not eligible for refill. No matter the service have 30 days or 1 years refill guarantee but partial order never get refill. This is our server limitation, understand it.

Account and Refund Policy
StarAds reserve the right to ban any account and no refund or reactivate if an account got ban. Below reasons will get your account ban permanantly from all marketing trends.
After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from StarAds. If you disturb us and ask for refund again and again your balance we can ban you.
Fraudulent activity such Using rough / slang language on message and providing threat will lead to termination of your account.
Providing threat for payment dispute or file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to your or your clients Instagram / Facebook / Twitter or other social media account.
Privacy Policy
This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your personal information to anyone. All personal information is encrypted and saved in secure servers.
